We are a German company and are looking for local workforce, based ideally in Lebanon, Jordan or Egypt, to elaborate, maintain and develop the sales strategy in MENA countries.elaborate, maintain and develop the sales strategy in MENA countries.

Elaboration, maintenance and development of a clear sales strategy in MENA
Lead Josera expansion and sales growth in assigned accounts. Achieve consistent growth in sales and gross margin for assigned accounts, in accordance with annual sales budgets
Develop and maintains customer database. Assures maintenance of sales reporting database
Providing support for sales representatives
Technical and commercial approach with the farmers
Make technical sales presentation workshops and trainings
Frequent travelling within Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Libya and quarterly trips to Germany
Regular reporting and maintenance of the CRM

A corresponding degree in a field of agriculture (Agricultural Engineering, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine) or a similar background
Minimum of 3 years experience in Ruminant Nutrition, Farm Management or similar position (focus dairy cows/calves)
A network of local contacts in the field of agriculture
Open minded, proactive, able to work by yourself and as part of a team
Fluent in Arabic and strong English mandatory
